Invitation letter needed?
We are German citizens and want to visit a friend in China with the 15 days no visa rule. Do we need an invitation letter as we are planning to stay with our friend and not in a hotel? Thank you!

Can I use the 15 day visa free scheme as a dual citizen (Germany/UK)?
I am studying in Japan on my UK passport, which has all my Japanese residence entry/exit stamps. Can I still enter/exit China under the 15-day visa free scheme using my German passport, even though all my entry/exit stamps are in my UK passport? Although my name on both passports are identical, the passport numbers are different and check in/gate agents at the airport might see I have booked flights under my German passport, but my German passport has no record of me entering/exiting Japan because these records are only in my UK passport.

Chinese visa for Romanians living in Germany
My husband and I are planing to apply for a visiting visa to visit my daughter who has a residence permit in China. We are from Romania, my husband works in Germany and I am his codependent (the trailing spouse), in this case, can we apply for the Chinese visa in Germany, or we must apply in Romania? If we can apply here, do we need any additional documents? Thank you.

You can apply in Germany and the additional document is your legal residence permit in Germany.
